How do I become a brand ambassador?
We’re thrilled that you loved the program enough to want to join the team! If you’re interested in becoming a brand

can meet with you face-to-face. We look forward to connecting!
How does the referral program work?
Success is even better when shared with a friend! If your friends or family are curious about your results, we’re excited
to offer both of you rewards. When they sign up, you’ll receive a credit toward supplements or services, and they’ll
receive a Free Metabolic Report along with a $100 program credit. If you haven’t received your credit, simply contact
your coach or consultant to follow up!
How does the weight loss program work?
You’ll follow this list with a step-by-step eating plan included in your kit with plant-based, doctor formulated
supplements to address cravings, reduce inflammation, enhance detoxification, and flush in nutrients to help you reset
your metabolism, nourish your body and lose up to a pound per day as a byproduct. We pair you with a coaching for
personalized support to provide education, accountability, and teach you tools throughout the program to be able to
maintain your progress. We offer fully virtual and remote options as well as in person options for programs.
What We Mean by “No Exercise”
program shifts your body into a delicate state where it is burning its own fat as a source of energy. We would
recommend walks to stimulate digestion and keep muscles active, but exercise will not further enhance your results. In
fact, it may inhibit results altogether by using up the energy needed to keep your plan successful to instead, rest and
recover from post workout soreness. When we say no exercise, we mean it!
Will I have to redo the program in the future?
For most members, the initial program is a one time kickstart to a longer weight loss journey, while others may choose
to redo the body balancing program annually or every few years as a guided reset. It’s never required to do a second
round, and the weight lost won’t come back with the proper maintenance techniques taught at the end of the program.
However, if needed, we offer redo programs that can help get back on track. We are human, after all!
How is this different from other no-carb, low cal, or food specific diets?
While we focus on reducing processed starches and refined sugars, our program is not founded on restriction or caloric
deficits. We prioritize balanced macronutrient nutrition and proper vitamins and trace minerals to enhance your
microbiome, build muscle, and burn fat. Our approach emphasizes eating habits and plate building, with a food list
tailored and adjusted by your coach to suit your journey. Your body should enter into a state where metabolic function
increases to burn off excess fat, but we do not utilize the Ketogenic diet for weight loss. You will not lose the weight and
the program will not work by using keto, low-calorie, or any other diet’s guidelines, in fact it may reverse your progress
during the program.
What does "technology-based" weight loss mean?
Our body balancing program includes two customized scans. The initial visit includes one scan: the Metabolic Report. It
feels similar to a weight scale, revealing critical internal health factors such as metabolic age, hydration levels, visceral
fat, and muscle mass, among others. The second scan is conducted upon enrollment in the program and assesses over
500 biomarkers to indicate what is in and out of range. It reports top toxins, stressed organs, offers a customized
dosage of liquid supplements, and importantly, provides a curated list of foods to avoid while recommending the best
proteins, fruits, and vegetables to consume over the 30-day duration. Through the utilization of these scans results we
are able to further tailor your program to fit needs not seen on the outside, and address the root.
What can I expect during the initial consultation?

How often will I meet with my coach?
Consultation at our center, or to request a remote appointment. This sets the foundation for tailoring a program based
on your body’s needs. While we offer coach-free DIY programs, we highly encourage regular appointments for those
new to ZOE WELLNESS to meet your coach directly and take advantage of our ability to closely monitor your progress
and make necessary adjustments in real-time. When it comes to taking the first step, we encourage you to book a

Not everyone needs financing, but we know that living a healthy life isn’t always easy, or affordable with every other
living cost! So financing and pay-later models are always an option. To find something that works for you, your coach
will work to find a plan, and options fit to your needs.

What if I don’t qualify?
if any other services or plant-based supplements can be offered, though we prioritize your health and will put your
current medications, treatment plans, and conditions before additional life adjustments for the sake of your overall well
being. Those with stage 3 or higher kidney disease, currently undergoing cancer treatment, or who are pregnant,
planning to become pregnant, or breastfeeding would not be eligible. If you’re unsure, we’re happy to discuss your
specific situation and determine if our program is right for you.
When to stop taking my prescribed medications
drastic changes starting the first two days on our program. This is as intended- DO NOT make any adjustments without
doctor supervision. Please be in close connection to your doctor so that they may make adjustments as soon as they
see fit, whether that is reducing or removing medications altogether.
