What are you wanting to accomplish and what changes do you need to make? Think about a reasonable, specific, personal goal for yourself and write it down. Research shows that writing down goals increases the likelihood of achieving them. Underneath your goal, write out a checklist of small steps you can take towards accomplishing your goal. Tape this sheet of paper up on your kitchen wall or bathroom mirror so that you will see it numerous times a day.
