Stir Fry Cabbage

Ingredients: 

Cabbage – 1/2c
Red Bell Pepper – 1/8c
Green Bell Pepper – 1/8c
Onion – 1/8c
Broth – 2T
Liquid Aminos – 1T
Apple Cider Vinegar – ½ tsp
Red Pepper Flakes
Salt

Preparation:

  1. Chop Cabbage, Bell Peppers, and Onion into small, bite size pieces. 
  2. Heat pan and add Broth
  3. Add Cabbage, Bell Peppers, and Onion to pan and saute. Add liquid aminos, apple cider vinegar and red pepper flakes. 
  4. Continue cooking stir fry until cabbage leaves start to lose their vibrant green shade and may take on a slightly translucent appearance.
  5. Remove from heat and add salt.
